Dai Dung steel structure factory obtained LEED GOLD certificate in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
1. About the Leed Gold certificate of Dai Dung Corporation:
DDC provides a full package of consulting, design, construction and erection solutions in Vietnam and for export.
Sustainable development has always been the foundation for all our business strategies and also our culture. Obtaining LEED GOLD certificate for An Ha office and factory system once again affirms the sustainability of DDC.
Accordingly, the 4 production workshops of An Ha factory from AH1 – AH4 and the office building all meet LEED GOLD – Version 4 standards. This is the latest version with the strictest standards. In addition, DDC also has a sample assembly area before exporting goods internationally, ensuring the highest accuracy and minimizing risks for the project.
2. DDC infrastructure meets Leeds Gold certification:
DDC factory infrastructure has met typical requirements such as:
- Using Solar Roof solar system with maximum capacity Allowed electricity (1MWp)
- Tree density reaches 27% (the required LEED standard is 25%)
- Natural ventilation for the whole Factory
- Electrical equipment and sanitary ware use energy-saving type
The DDC factory meets the strict gold standard that allows to reduce negative impacts on the environment and improve the quality of life. This helps partners and customers when using DDC steel structure products is a sustainable choice, contributing to environmental protection.
3. The factory’s production capacity meets Leeds Gold certification:
Built at the end of 2017 and officially put into operation in 2019. With a workforce of more than 2000 professionally trained employees, quality management system ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 , ISO 3834-2: 2006 and factory system meeting GOLD LEED standards to aim for the highest environmental standards.
- Production area more than 110,000 m2;
- Capacity: more than 150,000 tons of steel/year;
- Equipped with high-tech automatic production line.
