An Ha factory located in Binh Chanh district has been awarded LEED GOLD certificate for energy efficiency, demonstrating DDC commitment to its sustainable development with clear orientations and strategies to environment and community.

In terms of expanding core products and services, DDC is focusing its energies in the coming years on producing super-long and super-light steel structure products for both domestic and global-renewable-energy projects. Furthermore, DDC has been not only developing terrestrial solar on a national and worldwide scale, but also offshore wind power projects in collaboration with capable locations and key partners.

For that reason, DDC is dedicated to reaching carbon neutrality by 2050, in accordance with the Government's pledge at COP 26.

Steel Structure is a metal structure which is made of structure steel components connect to each other by bolting or welding or riveting and performs some function, and safely withstands the loads it is subjected to.

PRIMARY FRAME
Primary framing is the main structure supporting and carrying the gravity or vertical loads of the building to the foundationand. The main frame members include columns, beams and other supporting members with shape and size that based on the application and requirements.
SECONDARY FRAME
Secondary framing provides the stabilizing members that prevent the main frame from twisting out of shape, secondary components can also contribute to the structural support and provide the means to attach wall, roof and interior elements, including purlin, tie rod, angle support, tie bar, sleeve pipe, roof bracing and column bracing. The secondary framing usually transfers loads to the main frame.

QUALITY CONTROL

- Certification of Welding Quality Control systems according to the standards of Japan, US, Canada, etc.
- Welding Quality Control system complies with AWS D1.1 - 2012 certified by Apave (France).
- Welding joints testing is processed via 5 methods: VISUAL - PENETRANT - MAGNETIC - ULTRASONIC -  X-RAY.
- Quality Control processes are strictly managed according to international standards to confirm that the products meet customer's requirement and specifications. 
- Virtual trial assembly is required to preemptively identify and eliminate any problems that may arise during the process of final field fit-up and erection.
